Frequently Asked Questions

Will the same driver take my consignment from collection to delivery?

Yes. On every confidential booking we assign one named driver who handles the entire job end to end. There is no handover between drivers and no sort hub in the middle. If for any reason a driver change is required in transit (for example on a very long journey), you will be told in advance and the chain-of-custody paperwork will be handed over formally.

Can the driver sign an NDA before arriving at the collection point?

Yes. Send us your NDA when you book and we will have it signed and returned before the driver is dispatched. If you use a standard form, we can sign electronically through a portal. If it is a bespoke document, we may ask for 30 minutes to review it, but it rarely delays the collection.

Do you provide a chain-of-custody report?

Yes. On request we issue a full chain-of-custody report showing the collection time and location, signatory names, vehicle registration, driver ID and delivery time and signatory. The report is typically available within a few hours of delivery and can be issued on headed paper for use as evidence or compliance documentation.

Will you handle tamper-evident bags?

Yes. If you provide the tamper-evident bags at collection, we will record the bag number on the collection receipt and again on the delivery receipt, and the driver will not open or transfer the contents in transit. This is a common request for legal disclosure work and we handle it as part of our standard confidential service.

Some consignments cannot be trusted to a multi-drop van where a dozen drivers handle them before the recipient ever sees them.
