Typical Thurso event work includes flat-packed stands and gantry, screens and PA equipment, exhibition literature and giveaways, product samples for launches, catering smallwares, and the one crate that missed the main truck. Tail-lifts, sack trucks and two-man crews cover heavy and awkward pieces.
Venue logistics run on slots, so we do too: arrival windows agreed in advance, the venue's traffic-marshal instructions followed, and waiting-and-return bookings that hold the vehicle on site through breakdown so the stand comes straight back the same night. Out-of-hours and weekend work is standard, not special.
Around Thurso the service is used by exhibition contractors, event agencies, AV production companies, marketing teams and individual exhibitors — plus venues themselves when something must be somewhere yesterday. Regulars keep us on call through the season for the emergencies every show produces.
Our Thurso events couriers also serve the venues, hotels, conference centres and showgrounds in the surrounding towns below — priced per mile, per vehicle, the same as Thurso itself.
Event teams in Thurso book Maine Couriers because a dedicated vehicle and a driver who phones the floor manager from the loading bay beats a parcel network's 'sometime today' — and the timestamped POD proves the kit was on the stand before doors.
